PTNA started networking national / local piano competitions across Japan in 2010. Now, the number of those affiliated competitions becomes 17, including the newly added ones, the Burgmüller Competition, the preliminary round of The Asian Youth Music Competition.
As with the PTNA Piano Competition, participants of those affiliated competitions can obtain a "stage point", that are recorded to the personal history and awarded every 5 stage. Teachers are also given a "teaching point" each time their students obtain a stage point.
This summer, the Japan J.S.Bach Music Concours announced the new brochure of 2016 edition. The preliminary round will be held in 31 cities across Japan from this winter.
